[Design-team] A4 Request

Hi All
I'm making A4 Flyers and i want the background to be this
https://fedoraproject.org/w/uploads/thumb/0/0c/F12-80-dual.png/500px-F12-80-dual.png
but in order to fit it, i need to scale it up which decreases the quality
i need it as a portrait (even if cropped)
if not, landscape is ok
