That's the one I also like the best, but not necessarily because of logo policies but because of its simplicity and cleanliness.

And here is one suggestion from me (you may have notices I like to move the things off-center): the image looks like a mosaic with a light spot failing on its center. I think it may be potentially more interesting if the light is somewhere else, say a little towards bottom-left (rule of thirds).
