Hi Israel!

Well a big factor in the price is size too. 
My graphire is 4" x 5". It looks like you can get a refurb 4"x5" graphire for $60 on Amazon [1] and you can get one new for $100 from Wacom direct [2].

It may be a combination of the sizes you're looking at (it looks like the 4"x5" version is a bit more rare these days) and importation issues.

Yes: size, series (because mine is 8.5" W x 5.3" D-active area, but is a bamboo fun) and importation issues.

O.O Here Graphire series is more expensive than in USA!! :D ( importation issues maybe?XD)
