So it would be ok, if I link back to that photo, and (maybe) the artist release the photo? Other choice less complicated as I said before, I will do a photo to my own katana and use it? What about the poster? Noone said me something... :( :D Samuele ----- Messaggio originale ----- Da: "Nicu Buculei" <nicu_fedora@xxxxxxxxxxx> A: "Discussions about the artwork included with Fedora, including icons, themes, and wallpapers." <fedora-art-list@xxxxxxxxxx> Inviato: Mercoledì, 27 agosto 2008 14:17:16 GMT +01:00 Amsterdam/Berlino/Berna/Roma/Stoccolma/Vienna Oggetto: Re: R: Re: InvinXble Updates Máirín Duffy wrote: > > Creative Commons works have to be CC-BY or CC-BY-SA only to be > compatible with Fedora. According to that page, Fedora is also OK with -ND, even the this is not considered Free by FSF, only -NC is forbidden (but it is a good thing to avoid -ND, something like Samuele's derivation would not permitted by -ND). Speaking of -ND, the only place where I think it may fit is the Wallpaper Extras gallery, for photos, but even there is makes things more complicated, so it is not forbidden but not recommended either. -- nicu :: http://nicubunu.ro :: http://nicubunu.blogspot.com Cool Fedora wallpapers: http://fedora.nicubunu.ro/wallpapers/ Open Clip Art Library: http://www.openclipart.org my Fedora stuff: http://fedora.nicubunu.ro _______________________________________________ Fedora-art-list mailing list Fedora-art-list@xxxxxxxxxx http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-art-list -- Samuele Storari Art Director Byte-Code srl mobile: +39 347 50 798 32 office: +39 02 9840047 http://www.byte-code.com _______________________________________________ Fedora-art-list mailing list Fedora-art-list@xxxxxxxxxx http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-art-list
