Hi, today I've released first public release of the notification theme. Since package review [1] takes some time (if you are interested in reviewing, you are welcome to review the package) I've prepared i386 F9 package [2] (which would probably work on F8 as well, but I didn't tested it). You can look at the details (with screen shots) at wiki [3].
