Clever move, this graphic is important, very soon we will hold release parties, those parties will be listed in the Events page and the Events page does not have a banner yet.
Please post the image in the wiki and let the requester (Fabian Affolter) know about it.
As for the particular graphic, I am *not* concerned about the calendar being English (some may be), but I would add a drop shadow to the icon.
