Making a universe theme now would make it impossible to go higher in themes because there is nothing bigger.. If something like that was done than i would first go for: earth view then: solar system then: this galaxy then: "the local group" (we are part of that incase you didn't know) and then the universe. that has some more theme room for future fedora releases.
