At the moment, would fail the test, as am not up the speed with the F8
graphics apps, was reared in the other "county", the closed one.
This is about being included in the Art group of the Account System, not
about contributing to the mailing list, asking question, giving feedback
and such. Is about granting some rights to known contributors.
Is OK to request membership when you consider yourself ready.
