It has number of issues, like wrong shadowing, colours too much different from the Echo Colour palette, partly missing outline, etc. I must say, that even though I know that the original icon also has some of the above mentioned issues, I like it very much (and a lot more than this one)... If you'd like to know, which lightness I'd like more, look at the Gnome or Tango Icon theme (they use different colour hues, however).
