Especially the media group needs rework. Please note two things, 32x32 and 48x48 should use slightly tilted table perspective, 24x24, 22x22 and 16x16 should use flat perspective, but only 16x16 should be without gradients and shadows. Also take a look at the guidelines draft [2] and if there is something that is unclear or seem to be wrong, feel free to either edit them or ask here for clarification.
