Something like this, get together and try to get some work done. With the advantage of having the other people online if you have thongs unclear and need to ask and also much faster feed-back. I like to look at it as a way to improve the communication inside the team and make it stronger. And last, it may work as an incentive to get online to talk more for people like me who use the irc channel only on very rare occasions.
