Moodin is actually being reviewed: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=221015 Unfortunately, the reviewer is waiting for a sponsor since it is his first package :) To be real honest if you want quality, don't consider kubuntu's moodin, but have a look at Linspire's instead :).
