Century Packing Corp., a Las Piedras, Puerto Rico establishment, is recalling approximately 999,419 pounds of thermally processed, commercially sterile, chicken sausage products due to misbranding. The products contain monosodium glutamate (MSG) that was not declared on the product labels.
