when preparing food. Learn

- Prepare a bacteria-free
buffet by using small serving portions and taking food temperatures.

- Read the recommended
list of some foods to avoid for high-risk groups: pregnant women,
young children, older adults and people with immune systems weakened by disease
or medical treatments. These groups are more susceptible to foodborne
