It’s National Women’s Health Week (NWHW).
Throughout the week, we are highlighting research and educational
projects that help women make informed health choices at every stage of life
from pregnancy and caregiving through menopause and healthy aging. Use the
digital and print resources in this update and the resources we will be sending
out via social media that you can use in your
community outreach and clinical services. After NWHW ends, continue to look to
FDA for resources. I encourage you to join us in celebrating Clinical Trials
Day on May 20th. Use our resources
and research
to connect with women from diverse backgrounds, ages and ethnicities on the
importance of participating in clinical research. Let us continue the progress
made in the inclusion of women in clinical trials by spreading the word to our
networks.
