Hy-Vee, Inc., based in West Des Moines, Iowa, is voluntarily recalling Maytag Raw Milk Blue Cheese across its eight-state region due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. Listeria monocytogenes is an organism, which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.

Namias of Arizona, Inc., a Tucson, Ariz. establishment, is recalling approximately 19,200 pounds of chicken products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The products contain hydrolyzed soy protein, a known allergen which is not declared on the product label.
