BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc., is voluntarily issuing a recall of Cittero Mortadella and deli meats sold from January 20 through February 3, 2016 due to a possible exposure to a tree nut allergen (pistachio). People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to pistachios run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
