Inventure Foods, Inc. has issued a voluntary recall of certain varieties of its Fresh Frozen line of frozen vegetables as well as select varieties of its Jamba "At Home" line of smoothie kits due to finding of Listeria monocytogenes, in its Jefferson, GA facility. Listeria is an organism that can cause infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
