Adams Flavors, Foods & Ingredients of Gonzales, Texas is voluntarily recalling cumin products because they may contain undeclared peanut proteins. We were notified by one of our third party suppliers that one of the spice ingredients purchased contains peanut proteins, allergens that are not declared on the products’ ingredient statements. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
