Title: Medical Device Safety and Recalls: Wellspring Pharmaceutical Corporation, IPM Wound Gel - Microbial Contamination

A recall has been issued for the Wellspring Pharmaceutical Corporation IPM Wound Gel.  One lot of IPM Wound Gel may be contaminated with bacteria (Pseudomonas Putida).
