Title: RECALL: Pureed Chicken Products Due To Misbranding and Undeclared Soy

Popkoff Frozen Food, doing business as Blossom Foods, a San Francisco, Calif. establishment is recalling approximately 500 pounds of frozen, pureed chicken products because of misbranding and an undeclared allergen.
The products contain the allergen, soy, which is not declared on the label.
The products subject to recall include:
  • 5-oz. single-serving cups of "BLOSSOM FOODS-DARK AND WHITE MEAT CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES."
  • 5-pound bags of "BLOSSOM FOODS-DARK AND WHITE MEAT CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES."

The products also bear the establishment number "P-4966" inside the USDA mark of inspection on the packaging.
