Deluxe Ice Cream Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Peanuts in Western Family Maple Nut Ice Cream

Deluxe Ice Cream (a subsidiary of Matterhorn Group, Inc.) of Salem, OR, in cooperation with the FDA is recalling Western Family Maple Nut Ice Cream because it may contain undeclared peanuts. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.

- Distributed: Distributed to retail stores in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, California, Alaska and Guam
- Why: Contains peanuts not listed on the label
