Title: How the Affordable Care Act Will Hold Insurers Accountable
http://www.HealthCare.gov

Thanks to the Affordable Care Act, we now have new tools and resources for States to hold insurance companies accountable and make the health insurance market fairer for consumers.  Just this week, Secretary Sebelius announced the first round of grants to help states improve the oversight of proposed health insurance premium increases, take action against insurers seeking unreasonable rate hikes, and ensure consumers receive value for their premium dollars.  The Affordable Care Act has also created grant programs to help states educate and empower consumers in the private health insurance market, and establish new health insurance Exchanges in 2014.

Join our live Webchat this upcoming Wednesday August 18, at 1:10 P.M. EDT at www.Healthcare.gov/live to find out how the Affordable Care Act will give you and your loved ones more choices of lower rates and stronger consumer protections.

HHS Secretary Sebelius will be joined by Jay Angoff, Director of the Office of Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight and Liz Fowler, Deputy Director for Policy of the Office of Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight to discuss and answer YOUR questions.

Send in your questions to HealthCare@xxxxxxx and we’ll answer as many as possible during the Webchat. We will also take questions live from twitter using handle @HealthCareGov
