Sunny Lake Trading Inc. of 651A Lexington Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11221 is recalling Radix Polygonati Officinalis because it contains undeclared sulfites. Consumers who have severe sensitivity to sulfites run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume this product. Radix Polygonati Officinalis is sold in a 12 ounce un-coded, clear plastic bag and was distributed throughout New York State. It is a product of China.
