Diamond Crystal Brands Inc. Announces a Nationwide Recall of Products Containing Nonfat Dry Milk Because of Possible Health Risk

Diamond Crystal Brands Inc. of Savannah, Ga., is recalling products containing nonfat dry milk because its supplier, Plainview Milk Products Cooperative, Plainview, Minn., warned the company of a possible Salmonella contamination. Salmonella is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
