Dairy Fresh in Winston-Salem, NC is voluntarily recalling ½ Gallon Containers of Southern Home Tin Roof Sundae ice cream printed with a SELL BY date of August 30, 2009 or earlier (printed as MM-DD-YY) and a Universal Product Code (UPC) of 0788040516. This recall was initiated because the affected product contains peanut ingredients supplied by Peanut Corporation of America which may be contaminated with Salmonella.
