Brent and Sam's Announces Expanded Voluntary Recall of Two Previously Recalled Varieties of Archer Farms Brand Cookies (February 12)

North Little Rock-based Brent and Sam's announced today an expanded voluntary recall of two flavors of Archer Farms cookies, which initially were recalled on January 21. The expanded recall includes additional date codes and is being done as a precautionary measure due to the recall expansion of Peanut Corporation of America's (PCA) Blakely, Georgia facility, which PCA is the subject of an FDA investigation concerning the recent salmonella outbreak.
