Pecan Deluxe Candy Company Announces Nationwide Voluntary Recall of Certain Peanut Containing Products (Updated Information) (February 2)

Pecan Deluxe Candy Company in cooperation with the FDA is announcing a voluntary recall of certain peanut containing products because they may have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The recalled products contain roasted peanuts supplied by Peanut Corporation of America, which has just announced an expansion of a voluntary recall covering all peanut products made in their Blakely, GA plant since January 1, 2007.
