Umpqua Dairy issues Voluntary Recall on its Tin Roof Sundae Ice Cream products Due to Expanded Peanut Recall by Peanut Corporation of America (PCA) (February 2)

Umpqua Dairy Products, Co of Roseburg, OR is announcing a voluntary recall of certain lot codes of its Tin Roof Sundae Ice Cream, Premium Lite Tin Roof Sundae ice cream, and Pints of Tin Roof Sundae Ice Cream, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The ice cream products were manufactured using peanuts recalled by Peanut Corporation of American and distributed by Pecan Deluxe Candy Company.
