Prairie Farms Dairy Announces Voluntary Nationwide Recall Because of Possible Health Risk (February 2)

Prairie Farms Dairy has initiated a recall of two of its ice cream products because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
