Title: Recent Airports Advisory Circulars Update -- U.S. Federal Aviation Administration Website

We recently added the following AC(s) to the New and Revised Airports Advisory Circulars page (www.faa.gov/airports/resources/recent_advisory_circulars/) on the FAA website:

Cancelled - Advisory Circular 150/5220-4B, Water Supply Systems for Aircraft Fire and Rescue Protection
The primary reference upon which the document is based, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 419 - Guide for Master Planning Airport Water Supply Systems for Fire Protection, was cancelled in 1996. The relevant information from that specification has been inserted into other NFPA standards. Therefore, the AC is no longer necessary as water supply safety is ensured through a variety of other guidance material used by airport operators and architectural and engineering firms.
