Change 1 to AC 150/5200-31C, Airport Emergency Plan (Consolidated file includes Change 1)
Change 1 revises the implementation date by which all Part 139 certificated airports must use the standards in this AC from “no later than one year from the effective date of this AC” (i.e., June 19, 2010) to December 31, 2010.
