hi, My understanding of Linux OS for allocating and deallocating goes as follows: OS allocates an inode as needed by process and once process dies it put the inode in free list as means of performance. My question is that how can i get list of FREE in-core inodes. thanks vc -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/in-core-inode-t1253447.html#a3321977 Sent from the Ext3 - User forum at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Ext3-users@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/ext3-users
