It's in the man page for *e2fsck* (or fsck.ext2, if you want to call
it that; it's the same program, with a different name).  Fsck is the
filesystem independent driver program.  It wouldn't have any ext2/ext3
specific options described in that man page, just as it wouldn't have
any XFS or Reiserfs specific options, either.
