ext3 error messages??

It may mean that there's an IO error which ext3 hasn't dealt with
correctly.  I'm not certain:

grep -iw eip

and see if there's anything in the logs.  That should help narrow
things down to the register dump, and any and all kernel messages
around the reg dump would be helpful.
