Ext3 indexed directory extension.

Here is a patch I am playing with:

It is from the ext3 CVS features-branch. I haven't check the CVS this
week but this one is fairly up to date with CVS.

Apply the patch on the clean 2.4.19 kernel. There is a config option
of EXT3 directory index in the kernel configure.
