Have you been able to reproduce the problem on an untainted kernel ---
ie. one which has never loaded that driver?

Your three traces are all from the same boot, so the last two really
don't provide any new information --- it would be much more useful to
see traces from other reboots.  Do all of your panics have similar
call chains?

memtest86 is usually a good thing to try overnight if you suspect such
problems.
