I guess it's from VLC, all info from VLC where marked as 'gnome-session', see
for example the « core libvlc: Lancement de vlc avec l'interface par defaut.
Utilisez «cvlc» pour demarrer VLC sans interface. » message which is marked
from 'gnome-session' too and I'm 100% sure it comes from VLC.
