[PATCH libdrm 0/12] Rework drm{Get, Free}Devices and add drm{Get, Free}Device

Hello all,

With this series, we add a couple of new functions drm{Get,Free}Device, 
which will be used to query information about the opened device.

To do that some refactoring was done, plus an extra test is added to 
demonstrate how the drm{Get,Free}Device{,s} can be used.

Any and all input will be appreciated.
