I don't think the voltage is a problem as the voltage used by the linux driver seems to be the same as by the windows driver. For my card it's 1238mV for high(er) clocks in windows and linux. I even tried to set 1238mV for all power profiles in the bios and it was still not working as expected. All these cards seem to use GDDR5 VRAM. Maybe the driver has to do something different for this type of RAM?
