Hi I am trying to use a external monitor connected via display port to the dock station of a w520. Unfortunately nothing is on the screen and dmesg outputs: [ 520.916021] nouveau E[ PDISP][0000:01:00.0] DP:0006:0344: link training failed If I connect it to the DP port on the notebook it works as expected and the dmesg outputs: [ 562.099298] nouveau E[ DRM] DDC responded, but no EDID for DP-1 I am using Linux pili 3.14-1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.14.12-1 (2014-07-11) x86_64 GNU/Linux The dock station works perfectly with the proprietary driver from nvidia Is this a known bug? How can I provide a more detailed bug report?
