Got the same on Arch with linux 3.13 and mesa-git from aur. Installing from aur
llvm-svn and lib32-llvm-snv fixed this problem. My card is Radeon R9 270X
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
[AMD/ATI] Pitcairn [1002:6810].
