Sorry, there was obviously an error in the echo commands reported in the
previous comment.

Actual relevant result is:

root@darkstar:~# echo "high">
/sys/class/drm/card0/device/power_dpm_force_performance_level
-bash: echo: write error: Invalid argument

root@darkstar:~# echo "low">
/sys/class/drm/card0/device/power_dpm_force_performance_level
-bash: echo: write error: Invalid argument

root@darkstar:~# echo "auto">
/sys/class/drm/card0/device/power_dpm_force_performance_level
-bash: echo: write error: Invalid argument
