Above pm_runtime_get_sync call wouldn't do what you expect because crtc, encoder and connector of each sub driver aren't created yet at this moment. And crtc and connector devices will be enabled by dpms callback of each drivers when load() is called: drm_fb_helper_initial_config function in exynos_drm_fbdev_init().
