Because of this commit, I need to reopen this bug:

The 24/1.001 mode does not work with the computed values. Audio glitches every
9 minutes in this state.

Most likely because rounding means that there is no single correct fixed value.
The HW needs to toggle the values dynamically constantly. This is even
mentioned in the HDMI spec.
