The host dumb buffer command needs a format, but the DRM_IOCTL_MODE_CREATE_DUMB only provides a buffer size. So wait for the DRM_IOCTL_MODE_ADDFB(2), to get the format, and create the host resources at this time. This will allow virtio-gpu to support multiple pixel formats.
