Looks generally good, but see below about the 'vm' argument to the
kernel_bo functions.

Don't we want to call drm_gem_object_put() in this case? Although I'm
not sure I've entirely got my head around the !vm case yet. I'm a little
suspicious it's left over?

This doesn't look right - I'd expect kbo to be returned? (Or an error if
!vm isn't actually supported).

I've had a look at the rest of the driver and I can't find a user of the
!vm case. So either I'm missing something (quite plausible) or we should
just make the vm argument compulsory and simplify this a bit.
