[PATCH] drm/nouveau/acr: make wpr_generic_header_dump static

Make wpr_generic_header_dump static to avoid the
following sparse warning:

drivers/gpu/drm/nouveau/nvkm/nvfw/acr.c:49:1: warning: symbol 'wpr_generic_header_dump' was not declared. Should it be static?
