Hi,

noticed when polishing up my build-scripts fot libdrm | mesa |
xf86-video-intel (last one requires gl.h).

I could remove that obsolete line.

   * Copyright (C) 2009 VMware, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

What's the question there?

As we have 2013...

Copyright lines are typically only updated when the file is modified. I suspect there haven't been any modifications made to gl.h in a long time, so there's no material with a later copyright.
