[PATCH] drm/omapdrm: Remove a useless bitmap_clear() call

The 'tcm->bitmap' is kzalloc'ed just a few lines above, at the same time as
'tcm'. There is no need to initialize it another time here.

Remove the useless bitmap_clear() call.
